As someone who has experienced deep loss, chronic illness, and the weight of betrayal and emotional abuse, I understand what it’s like to feel like you’re drowning in the chaos of life. There were times when I felt completely shattered, unsure how to put myself back together. I’ve faced the overwhelming pain of losing both parents, struggled with the daily realities of living with a chronic illness, and endured the scars left by those who hurt me. At times, I couldn’t see a way out. I fought to survive, to push through the darkness, but there came a point when I realized I couldn’t do it alone. I needed support — and so do you.
With me by your side, you don’t have to navigate this journey alone. Together, we can sort through the complexities of your pain and past, reclaim control of your system, and lean into the power of neuroplasticity to reshape your future. You were made for more — a life filled with peace, joy, and connection. I’m here to help you create that life, step by step, and support you through every part of your healing. Is this therapy?
Both therapy and coaching help individuals address behavior patterns, beliefs, and coping mechanisms—often referred to as "unpacking."
In both settings, clients are supported in understanding their past, identifying what's working well, and exploring possible changes for optimal health. Therapy is particularly focused on processing past experiences and emotions, uncovering harmful patterns, and providing support for mental health challenges. Coaches, however, take a more collaborative, support-driven approach, helping clients set personal goals and move forward in their recovery.
Coaching is an essential part of a client's mental health team, much like a personal trainer. Coaches champion clients to achieve their goals and support them in reconnecting with themselves and others, especially for those who have experienced trauma or disconnection. While therapists address the deeper emotional wounds and psychological impact of trauma, coaches help clients take ownership of their recovery and empower them to create their future.
Coaching does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions, and many clients work with both therapists and coaches simultaneously. Coaching is often collaborative, with clients directing their goals, and may involve homework or support outside of scheduled sessions.

In this initial session, we’ll take a deep dive into where you currently stand in life—emotionally, mentally, and physically. We’ll address your present challenges, desires, and clarify the specific support you're seeking. Additionally, we’ll explore your recovery journey so far, the other support systems you have in place, and any professionals you're working with.

Over the course of these sessions, we’ll explore key moments from your past and identify how they’ve shaped your beliefs, behaviors, and current relationships. Together, we’ll uncover patterns or past trauma that may still be affecting your present state. By the end of these sessions, we’ll assess where you are in your healing process and outline the next steps for moving forward.
Opening the Shell
(Three 1-hour Sessions)
In a series of weekly 1-hour sessions, we’ll work together to identify the ways your past experiences have influenced your current beliefs, behaviors, and patterns. We’ll uncover what no longer serves you and focus on real-time discoveries about what's happening internally. These sessions will provide valuable insights to guide your growth, empowering you to make better choices, cultivate healthier habits, and move forward into a life that reflects your true desires.
